[What I eat in a day? 我一天吃什麼?] Yesterday was a cardio and delts training day, controlled carb intake during daytime to save for the later feast that night.
Breakfast 早餐:instant original flavoured chicken breast from hana-musubi + some nuts (cashew and pecan to serve with my black coffee) 華御結即食原味雞胸+堅果(腰果及碧根果配上我的黑咖啡)
Lunch 午餐:steamed red rice + choy sum + spinach + chicken breast (smoked paprika flavoured) 蒸紅米飯 + 菜心 + 菠菜+煙燻辣椒粉調味雞胸 very small portion of rice but i don't feel hungry post cardio and i ate the large portion of veggies first 飯量很少但帶氧後吃和先吃菜的話不會感到很餓
Snacks after lunch 午餐後點心:as usual! chocolate brownie ice cream (whey protein powder mix with unsweetened almond milk) + almond butter + black coffee 與平常一樣巧克力布朗尼雪糕(蛋白粉與無糖杏仁奶拌勻)+ 杏仁醬 + 黑咖啡
Pre-workout meal 練前餐:10g of red rice😂(i need some carb before training to give me energy, even for a little bit) + choy sum + a hard boiled egg 10克紅米飯😂(我練前需要點碳水,不然沒力舉)+菜心+烚蛋
Post-workout 練後補充:7-11 achim original flavoured chicken breast, if u know, it is so bad the texture is horrible but i was just too hungry and craving food hahahaha 原味即食雞胸,太餓太需要吃點東西,但這個真的好難吃,口感簡直是災難
Dinner 晚餐:too lazy to take pics sorry - choy sum + coke zero + pan fried beef + scallops with 0 kcal oil + brown rice + sneaked 3 pieces of healthy chicken breasts chips 太懶沒認真拍照 - 菜心+ 無糖可樂+ 0卡油煎牛肉帶子+偷吃了3片雞胸薯片
Snacks before bed 睡前點心:loads of pb (to meet my fat goal) 大量花生醬!!!!

■大葉ジェノベーゼパスタ
2人分
材料:
A大葉 30枚
Aくるみ 40g
Aにんにく 1片
A粉チーズ 大さじ2
Aオリーブオイル 100ml
A塩 大さじ1
A粗びき黒コショウ 少々
ベーコン(1cm幅に切る)40g
粗びき黒コショウ 少々
大葉(細切り)2枚
粉チーズ 適量
エキストラバージンオリーブオイル 小さじ1
パスタ 180g(2人前)
塩 適量
作り方:
1.鍋に湯を沸かし、塩を入れ、沸騰したらパスタを入れ、表示時間より1分早くパスタを取り出す。
2.ミキサーにAを入れてペーストにする。
3.フライパンにベーコンを入れ、油を引かずに炒める。
4.(3)に(1)、(2)を加え全体を和え、塩で味を調えととのえる。(水分が少なく、和えにくい場合は、パスタのゆで汁を大さじ1〜2程加える。)
5.器に盛り、粗びき黒コショウ、大葉(細切り)、粉チーズを散らしてエキストラバージンオリーブオイルをかけて完成!
■大葉と鶏むね肉の揚げない春巻き
8個分
材料:
鶏むね肉(スティック状に8等分に切る)1枚
大葉 16枚
春巻きの皮 8枚
スライスチーズ(8等分にしておく)2枚
アボカド(1cmの角切り)1/2個
酒 大さじ1
しょうゆ 小さじ1
薄力粉(のり用)大さじ1
水(のり用)小さじ2
塩 少々
粗びき黒コショウ 少々
サラダ油 大さじ4
A七味唐辛子 小さじ1/2
Aマヨネーズ 大さじ2
Aしょうゆ 小さじ1
作り方:
1.ボウルに鶏むね肉を入れ塩、粗びき黒コショウを全体にまぶし、酒、しょうゆを加え10分ほど漬け、ラップをしたら600Wの電子レンジで火が通るまで、3分加熱する。
2.薄力粉(のり用)、水(のり用)を混ぜておく。
3.春巻きの皮のうえに、大葉、スライスチーズ、アボカド、(1)の順にのせてしっかり巻き、巻き終わりを(2)でしっかりとめる。
4.大きめのフライパンにサラダ油を引き、春巻きの皮がこんがりときつね色になるまで焼く。
5.小皿にBを混ぜ、(4)を器に盛って、完成!

◆Perilla Pesto Pasta
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
A
30 perilla leaves
40g walnuts
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons grated cheese
100ml olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
Some black pepper
40g bacon (cut into 1cm pieces)
Some black pepper
2 perilla leaves (sliced)
Some parmesan cheese (or cheese powder)
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
180g pasta
Some salt
PREPARATION
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt. Cook pasta 1 minute less than the recommended time on the pasta package.
2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth.
3. Cook bacon pieces in a pan.
4. Add cooked pasta (1) and perilla pesto (2) into the pan (3). Season with salt. (You can add 1 to 2 tablespoons of pasta water if needed.)
5. Place the pasta on a plate. Put black pepper, sliced perilla leaves, parmesan cheese, and extra virgin olive oil on top.
6. Enjoy!
◆Perilla And Chicken Non-Fried Spring Rolls
Servings: 8 rolls
INGREDIENTS
1 chicken breast (cut into 8 long pieces)
16 perilla leaves
8 spring roll wrappers
2 sliced cheese (cut into 8 pieces)
1/2 avocado (cut into 1cm pieces)
1 tablespoon sake
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon flour (for sealing rolls)
2 teaspoons water (for sealing rolls)
Some salt
Some black pepper
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
B
1/2 teaspoon shichimi
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon soy sauce
PREPARATION
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper in a bowl. Add sake and soy sauce, marinate for 10 minutes. Wrap the bowl with a food wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes (until cooked).
2. Mix flour and water in a small bowl (for sealing rolls).
3. Place perilla leaves, a piece of cheese and avocado, and the chicken (1) on a spring roll wrapper. Roll it and seal with potato starch mix (2). Make 8 rolls.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan. Cook rolls until golden.
5. Mix all B ingredients to make dipping sauce.
6. Serve spring rolls with the sauce (5).
7. Enjoy!

Bahan-bahan
2 bahagian dada ayam (dipotong dadu)
4 peket mi segera Maggi (direbus)
3 sb serbuk kari ayam
1/2 sk garam
1/2 sk lada hitam
2 btg cili besar (dipotong)
1 biji bawang merah (dipotong dadu)
daun bawang (dicincang)
3 biji telur
3 sb minyak masak
*Kalau nak guna mi segera jenama lain pun boleh, yang penting perisa kari.
Cara memasak
1. Rebus mi segera dalam air yang mendidih sehingga lembut. Setelah itu, angkat dan toskan air.
2. Tumis daging ayam yang dipotong dadu bersama sedikit minyak sehingga masak. Ketepikan.
3. Pecahkan telur dan pukul seketika sehingga sebati. Perasakan dengan sedikit garam serta lada hitam. Pukul lagi sehingga sebati.
4. Masukkan serbuk kari ayam, bawang merah, cili merah, daun bawang, campurkan telur dan tumisan daging ayam bersama mi segera yang telah direbus.
5. Gaul sebati sehingga bahan-bahan dicampur rata.
6. Panaskan minyak dan masukkan campuran mi segera ke dalam kuali.
7. Masak menggunakan api sederhana sehingga bertukar keperangan pada kedua-dua bahagian.
8. Potong Murtabak Maggi Ayam dan lengkapkannya bersama sos cili.

Chicken Murtabak Maggi Recipe, Simple but Surely Tasty!
You must be bored of eating instant noodles in soup or fried, right? Why don't you try to make this like murtabak. Easy to make and the ingredients definitely there in your fridge. Dip with chilli sauce or mayonnaise, absolutely delicious!
Chicken Murtabak Maggi Recipe
Ingredients
2 part of chicken breast (diced)
4 pieces of Maggi instant noodles (boiled)
3 tbsp of chicken curry powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
2 red chilies (cut)
1 whole onion (diced)
scallions (chopped)
3 eggs
3 tbsp of cooking oil
*Any brands of curry flavor instant noodles can be used
Cooking methods
1. Cook the instant noodles in boiling water until they soften. Then, remove and strain the water.
2. Sauté diced chicken breast with a little bit of cooking oil until cooked. Set it aside.
3. Crack and beat the eggs. Seasons with some salt and black pepper. Mix again until even.
4. Add chicken curry powder, onion, red chilies, scallions , combine eggs and sautéed chicken breast together with the cooked instant noodles.
5. Mix until everything is well combined.
6. In a pan, heat some cooking oil and pour the instant noodles mixture.
7. Fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
8. Cut the Chicken Murtabak Maggi and serve with chili sauce.

鶏むね肉のさっぱりねぎダレ唐揚げ
2人分
材料:
■唐揚げ
鶏むね肉 1枚
A塩 小さじ1
Aおろししょうが 1片分
Aおろしにんにく 1片分
A鶏がらスープの素 小さじ1
A酒 大さじ1/2
溶き卵 1個分
米粉 20g
片栗粉 40g
サラダ油 適量
■ねぎダレ
長ねぎ 1本
塩 小さじ1/2
コショウ 適量
レモン汁 1/2個分
オリーブオイル 大さじ1
作り方:
1.鶏むね肉は余分な皮と脂を取り除き、一口大に切る。袋に入れてAをもみ込み30分以上置く。
2.米粉と片栗粉を混ぜ合わせる。
3.(1)を袋から取り出し、溶き卵にくぐらせてから(2)の粉をしっかりとつける。
4.フライパンに1センチ程油を入れ、180℃に熱し(3)をじっくり揚げる。
5.ねぎダレを作る。長ねぎの白い部分をみじん切りにして器に入れる。
6.塩、コショウをふり、レモン汁を入れ、最後にオリーブオイルを入れて和える。
7. 熱々の唐揚げにねぎダレを添えたら、完成!

Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
◆Fried chicken
1 chicken breast
1 teaspoon salt
1 ginger (grated)
1 clove garlic (grated)
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1/2 tablespoon sake
1 beaten egg
20g rice flour
40g potato starch
Some vegetable oil
◆Leek sauce
1 Japanese leek
1/2 teaspoon salt
Some pepper
1/2 lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
PREPARATION
1. Remove skin and excess fat from the chicken breast and cut into bite-size pieces. Mix salt, grated ginger & garlic, chicken stock powder, and sake in a plastic bag. Put chicken pieces in the bag and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Combine rice flour and potato starch.
3. Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg, then coat with rice flour mixture (2).
4. Heat 1cm of oil to 180°C (356°F) in a pan, place flour coated chicken. Deep-fry until golden.
5. To make leek sauce, mince the white part of Japanese leek.
6. Season with salt n pepper. Add lemon juice and olive oil.
7. Serve the fried chicken with leek sauce.
8.Enjoy!
